Cassie Connor is a queer artist, witch and holistic trauma therapist.
She specializes in supporting women and queer people in returning to their whole, authentic, embodied and intuitive selves in the aftermath of burnout, trauma and chronic stress related to relational, patriarchal, and systemic harm. This includes addressing persistent anxiety, rage, shame, tension and insomnia, exhaustion, hopelessness, grief, dissociation, self harm and people pleasing.
Her work began in the trauma-informed yoga space where she supported survivors of sexual violence, exploitation and armed conflicts. She believes that healing lies beyond survival and coping, and towards joy, creativity, ceremony, reconnection and the magic of the natural world.
Cassie holds a 200hr yoga teacher training, an 800hr Embodied Yoga Therapy Certification, a Bachelor’s degree in Conflict Studies and Human Rights and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, along with additional trainings in grief, trauma and yoga philosophy.
As a psychotherapist and a yoga therapist, she supports clients individually, in small groups, and on retreats.
